As child clinicians much of our work is done with parents. However, it can be difficult to have enough time to provide both parent training and therapy to the child. In addition, many of the parents we work with need a lot of parent training and finding resources for them can be difficult. Over the past year "The Total Transformation Program". program has received a lot of positive press. While I haven't reviewed the entire program it does seem to be a very practical and logically constructed training program for parents. It is my impression that thisprogram is not appropriate for parents with very disturbed children but may be of great benefit for a large percentage of parents.
